Now the walls are up, work has started on constructing the roof.  And from up here, we can see the fantastic views over our catchment areas of Cheltenham, Whaddon and Prestbury and over towards Cleeve Hill.  The Wilson Health Centre is located along Prestbury Road, just over a mile away from the current Cheltenham town centre locations of Berkeley Place Surgery, Prestbury Park Medical and Royal Crescent Surgery.

Although our original aspirations were to stay closer to the centre of Cheltenham, we found there was simply no suitable building or site within our budget.  So when the site along Prestbury Road became available, the three GP surgeries jumped at the opportunity.

There are no plans to change the catchment areas of the existing practices and we hope the large majority of our patients will still be able to travel to see us in our new location. There is more information about how to get to the Wilson Health Centre on our Frequently Asked Questions page.

It’s still going to be quite a few months until we move to the new site and in the meantime we will just take a moment now and again to enjoy the views.
